Breathing (Pranayama)
Breathing is a big part of Yoga. Proper breathing oxygenates the body
and increases the amount of energy / fuel in your system. Breathing
enhances your immune system, makes you sharper and stronger in your
body, mind and spirit.
Alternate nostril Breathing. Yogis believe that practicing this
breathing balances the right and left hemisphere of your
brain. Therefore can reduce stress, anxiety, enhance
beeper sleep, and sharpen the mind. Please consult your MD if

This type of Yogi Breathing balances your intestinal tract. It
also detoxifies your bowels by promoting bowel movement
and expelling excess stool and expelling mucous from your
respiratory tract.
